Susanna is a human-centered organisational designer and leader. She draws upon over 20 years of consulting and leadership experience, in enabling and empowering people and teams, helping various kinds of local and global organisations succeed.
Susanna leads with purpose, pursuing igniting inspiration and instilling strong dedication fostering a healthy organisational culture and fertile ground for creativity and innovation. She thrives in solving complex problems, building and cultivating meaningful connections, and creating a trust-based and transparent environment that empowers individuals and autonomy to drive sustainable impact.
Susanna’s background in leading design projects, teams and organisations helps translate strategic objectives into actionable plans that can be clearly and efficiently carried out across all levels of the organisation with the means of human-centred design, facilitation, and other participatory methods. She approaches leading and creating change primarily through coaching and fostering professional growth around her.
Susanna believes in honesty, kindness, compassion, and collaboration, which made the decision of joining Sonder only natural. At Sonder Susanna gets to learn from a diverse and inspiring group of multidisciplinary thinkers and doers who want to create positive change in the world. In her spare time, Susanna enjoys hiking, water sports, reading, taking care of her friends’ dogs, and singing in a choir.
